Duchy of Münsterberg

The plant was established in 1873 due to large local deposits of clay. Initially, the plant manufactured firebricks, pipes, tanks and other ceramic products. In its heyday, the plant employed a workforce of around 900. Today, the former ceramic factory facilities host a number of businesses, among them manufacturers of windows and doors.
