The first mention of the church dates back to 1421. The current Baroque temple was built in the years 1725-1726 on the foundation of the older building. The brick church has a single nave, a tower on the western side and a crescent presbytery. The church has a barrel vault with lunettes on wide buttresses, and late Baroque interior furnishing originating from the 18th Century.
