The Dark Story of a Serial Killer

In 1924, traces of a blood-curdling crime were uncovered in Münsterberg. In the house of one Karl Denke, who had committed suicide, human flesh and bones were discovered, as well as human flesh and skin products. The serial killer, who in all probability was also a cannibal, could have murdered as many as 40 people, mainly among the homeless. Denke preserved the flesh of his victims and sold it as veal in Münsterberg, in the region and even in Breslau!
