The tenement house, built at the beginning of the 17th Century, around 1700 underwent remodelling. The building has retained its original shape, Baroque façade and stylish, late-Renaissance ceiling on the ground floor. The building is under protection due to its artistic and historic value, and its relevance to the dense development of the Market Square.
