The tenement house, dating back to the second half of the 18th Century, was the property of the owner of one of Münsterberg's breweries, located at the intersection of Bohaterów Getta and Browarna streets. The tenement house has retained its original outline, with an impressive Baroque gable. The building is under protection due to its artistic and historic value, and its relevance to the dense development of the Market Square.
