Church of the Holy Trinity in Bożnowice

Bożnowice

Late-Baroque parish church of the Holy Trinity, erected in 1709, surrounded by a wall with a gate house, is located in the centre of Bożnowice. The first mention of the village comes from 1234. Bożnowice used to be the property of the Cistercian monastery and after secularization, were owned by the Dukes of Saxe-Weimar.
