Duchy of Münsterberg

Münsterberg is the home town of two well-known figures of culture and show-business: The first one is Janusz Kaminski (born in 1959) - cinematographer and film director, nominated multiple times for the Academy Award, winning two Oscars for Schindler’s List (1993) and Saving Private Ryan. The second is Edyta Górniak (born in 1972) – singer, winner of numerous awards and distinctions, including two Fryderyk statues (Polish music industry awards).
